Banana Oat Slices

These banana oat slices are full of flavour and are vegan, gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar free! Everything that Raw Bake Station always stands for. Looking for a super healthy snack alternative? Get one of your five a day in these bars!

Ingredients:

CHOCOLATE LAYER-

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 9″ x 9″ baking tray with baking parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend all the dough ingredients.
  3. Transfer around 3/4 of the dough to the baking tray and set aside.
  4. To make the chocolate layer, again simply process all the ingredients in a food processor until it resembles and smooth, creamy consistency.
  5. Evenly spread the chocolate layer over the top of the dough.
  6. Crumble the 1/4 of the dough saved over the top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Bake in the oven for around 25 – 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to completely cool before cutting into bars.
  9. Top with some chopped up roasted hazelnuts for decoration and extra taste!
