Chocolate Cheesecake balls with The Urban Canteen

2 bags of Crookies

2oz cream cheese (can use regular or plantbased)

100g dark chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil


•Blitz the crookies and cream cheese in a food processor until you have a smooth mix.

•Take a teaspoon size bit of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat the process until all of the mixture is used. Depending on size of the balls you will get around 7 balls from this mix.

•Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

•Whilst they are chilling, melt your chocolate and coconut oil together, either using the double boiler method (placing a bowl over a simmering pot of water) or in a microwave.

•Allow to cook for a minute and then roll your balls in the chocolate (at this point you could sprinkle over some chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, orange zest, white chocolate chips etc). Chill again for a few minutes until set and enjoy.
