Chocolate Cookie Dough Fudge
Cookie dough... Fudge.. Are you thinking what i'm thinking? HEAVEN. Gooey cookie dough together with the rich chocolate fudge topping... You can't NOT love this!

Ingredients:

Cookie Dough Base:

140g almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

3 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp sea salt

120g vegan chocolate chunks / chips


Fudge topping:

120g vegan chocolate chunks / chips

2 tbsp peanut butter

120g solid part coconut milk


Method:

  1. Thoroughly mix together all of the cookie dough ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Press this into the bottom of a lined bread tin.
  2. Melt all of the fudge ingredients together, until smooth & spreadable. Spoon this over the cookie dough in an even layer.
  3. Put the bread tin inside the freezer to set. This should take about 30 minutes. Once set, slice into pieces. Add some of your favourite toppings if you wish!
  4. Place back in the fridge to keep firm then dive in!

This is a super easy recipe and it tastes phenomenal!
