Granola Fudge Sticks
FUDGE: we love it! I mean, who doesn't? Especially chocolate fudge... This is such a simple recipe and it taste's incredible! Remember, it's raw & vegan and consists of wholesome, nutrient-dense ingredients!


75g coconut oil

250g cashew butter (or nut butter of choice for example peanut butter)

Pinch of sea salt

75ml maple syrup

45g raw cacao powder

55g granola - you could make your own, or there are some great wholesome vegan granola's out there!


  • In a sauce pan, add the chosen nut butter & coconut oil. Heat and stir until the mixture is combined and smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, except the granola, and stir until it's smooth and combined.
  • Then, add in that yummy, crunchy granola and give it a good stir so that it gets thoroughly mixed in!
  • Pour into a lined banana bread tin and place in the freezer until set, then slice into pieces.
  • For and extra treat, drizzle with your favourite nut butter, mixed with some melted coconut oil - although it really doesn't need anything extra... It's delicious as is!
