Peanut Butter Dream Slice


The base:

3 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

50g coconut flour

50g almond flour

Pinch of sea salt

3 tbsp maple syrup

The creamy middle:

450g coconut cream

3 tbsp peanut butter

80g maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of sea salt

The chocolate ganache topping:

1 vegan chocolate bar of choice

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp peanut butter


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all of the base ingredients until a dough forms. Press dough into a lined baking pan. The size of your pan will decide the thickness of your bars. A banana bread tin is perfect for this recipe!
  2. Add all the "creamy middle" ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together until thick, smooth and thoroughly combined. Spread this mixture of the base. Put in the freezer to firm up.
  3. Melt the chocolate, coconut oil, and peanut butter together until smooth. Pour this chocolatey ganache over the now firm peanut butter layer.
  4. Place in the fridge to set. Once firm, cut up into squares and enjoy!
