Raspberry & Crookies Flapjacks
Who’s ready for another #criminallygood recipe? Your bog-standard flapjack just got a whole lot tastier!


100g oats

80g ground almonds

50g coconut sugar

60g dark chocolate

4tbsp cashew butter

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 packets of Vanilla Choc Chip Crookies, broken up.

100g raspberries


1.     First up grease and line a 20cm baking tray before preheating your oven to 180C.

2.     Excluding the raspberries place and ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine.

3.     Put the combined mix into the lined tray, pressing down with your hands or back of a spoon until you have a smooth surface.

4.     Next gently press the raspberries on the top of the now smooth surface.

5.     Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden on top. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing.
