Spooktacular Chocolate Truffles
Halloween and chocolate go together like mylk and cookies, so were bringing to you the ultimate spooky chocolatey truffles!

150g dark chocolate

150ml coconut cream

4 packs of Salted Double Choc Crookies

12 pairs of edible eyes

  1. Start by breaking up your chocolate and placing it into a heat proof bowl
  2. Next, in a small saucepan warm your coconut cream until just below simmering. Once the coconut cream is warm, pour it over the chocolate. Make sure to mix constantly to ensure that the chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Once the chocolate has melted place the truffle mixture in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
  4. Once the truffles have reached the desired consistency dust your hands with cocoa powder to prevent them from sticking to your hands.
  5. To make each truffle take a teaspoon of the mix and roll it into a small truffle sized ball. Repeat this process until you have no more mix left, you should have around 12 truffles.
  6. Now to make them spooky. Cut each Crookie in half as these will be your bat wings. Then insert each half into the sides of the truffles to make wings. Finally add two eyes and you’re ready to go!
